Starting any healthy eating program can be intimidating and overwhelming. Especially if you don’t enjoy the process of shopping and cooking! Our family incorporated a healthy diet into our lifestyle over a period of years.

Buy why wait that long? I love to share what I have learned with others, so they can quickly get started on a healthy way of eating and living. Years ago, it would have been nice to have someone give me a jumpstart and guide me along the right path.

With individualized coaching or in-home consulting, I can help you devise a healthy eating plan that works for you and your family. We will focus on your success and meeting your needs. I will help you evaluate your current eating plan, set realistic goals, understand the emotional issues that keep you from eating well, and create a plan that works for you.

I will also provide you with information using the same caring and humor that works within my own family. You will feel motivated and relieved, without the guilt associated with food.

I can help you:

• “Clean Your Pantry”. Identify those foods you should be eating, and those that you need to remove from your diet.
• Educate you on the basics of healthy food choices: what to eat, and what could be sabotaging even the best healthy diet.

• Find an individual or group exercise program that you enjoy

$40 for 30 minutes
$75 per hour
$250 package: (4) 1 hour sessions

2. In Person: Individual or Group Presentations
Mary lives in the San Francisco Bay area and is available for in-person coaching and consulting at your location, worldwide. Rates are available by the hour, by the four-hour half day, or by project and will reflect the scope of the work, the types of challenges you face, and the size of the group, organization or audience. Travel expenses apply. Please contact me to schedule a free consultation and to get a rate quote.

If you decide that you want healthy diet coaching, please respond to my pre-coaching questionnaire (included below) and submit your responses back to me.

If you’d like to schedule a free 10 minute “get to know me better” phone call before committing, include your phone number and indicate when I can reach you. Once we’re both sure that we’d make a good fit for a coaching relationship, I’ll ask you to make a payment via PayPal.

Coaching Hours: Because spending quality time with my family is a priority, I limit my coaching time during the week. Here is my general coaching schedule availability:
