These healthy breakfast recipes are fast. When I expanded my breakfast repertoire from cold cereal and milk, I found I didn't know how to prepare some basic things. I included some simple recipes below.

I personally need many things explained to me when I am in the kitchen. Who knew that when you cook eggs in the microwave, they need room to expand? I do now.

I bought a long griddle that fits over two burners on my stovetop. The griddle speeds up any morning cooking as I can make bigger batches, or cook two things at once. Breakfast Quesadilla
