Cook Your Heart Out Contest Update 2010

QUESTION: Have the winners been selected and are the recipes available for the Cook Your Heart Out contest?


ANSWER: Here's a mid-July 2010 update: The Cook Your Heart Out Contest received 4500 recipes from 49 states. Most recipes were submitted from California, Florida, and Pennsylvania. The oldest contestant is 93 and the youngest is 16 years old. Recipes were submitted by 85% women and 15% men. Ethnic Favorites were the most popular.

Good Housekeeping is still testing the recipes, and finalists will be invited to New York in August of 2010.
